Our experienced technicians can come out and give your garage door a once over; tightening and lubricating loose hinges, replacing worn out rollers, making certain the tracks are aligned properly etc. A garage door is made up of a lot of mechanical parts that are moved and stressed regularly. Over time things aren't as tight or aligned properly. We have a 30 point inspection that thoroughly goes over your entire door and opener so you can rest easy knowing that everything is running as smooth as possible. Sometimes over the years they become damaged or cracked and don't provide the best seal. It's a very easy and inexpensive fix to keep your garage sealed properly.

Is your car stuck in your garage because your door won't open? While our office hours are 9-5:30, we will respond to your call any time of the day. If you call after hours and get our voicemail, please leave a message and we will respond as soon as we can. For any work done after or before normal business hours, on weekends or holidays we charge an emergency charge of $125 in addition to services rendered.

KEYPAD AND REMOTE PROGRAMMING

Lost your garage door opener remote? Bought a new house and want all the remotes reprogrammed? Not a problem. We offer programming of remotes and keypads. If your car is compatible we can program your car as well. If you're a handy person and just need a little guidance, we are more than happy to help walk customers through the programming process over the phone free of charge.

TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEMS WITH YOUR DOOR OR OPENER

Your garage door is something that you probably don't give much thought to. You walk out the door hit the button to open the door, get in your car, back out of the garage, hit your visor remote to close it and that's it. But when it quits working properly it can be a real pain. We have seen a wide range of problems with garage doors during our time in business: doors that won't open, doors that won't close, doors that close but then open back up right away, doors that seem to open by themselves, doors that start to close but then stop and open again, doors that work right 90% of the time but occasionally don't. No matter what your problem is we can help. We have helped customers with all sorts of garage door issues. For some of the more intermittent problems it sometimes takes more than one trip out, but we won't stop until we are sure your door and opener are working correctly. PANEL REPLACEMENT
|
It's not always possible, but sometimes just one section of a garage door is damaged. Maybe you backed out of the garage before the door was all the way up and damaged the bottom section. It's possible your opener wasn't installed with the correct support and the top section is splitting in the middle. Depending on the age and model or your garage door it is sometimes possible to order a replacement section. Keep in mind, especially if your door is colored, there will be an obvious difference between the new section and the rest of the door which has aged in the sun. As a general rule if you need to replace more than 2 sections, it's more cost effective to replace the entire door. Sometimes customers ask if they can cut down on cost by reusing their existing tracks as well. Our technicians can advise you on whether this is a good idea based on your situation, but usually it makes sense to replace them.
