We recently had the pleasure of working with a lovely couple in Wilmington, DE. They had been in contact with us for about a year before they decided to go ahead and order a new garage door. The old door was a 15'x7' wooden door. It had peeling paint and rotting wood as older wooden doors often do. The homeowner jokingly said she was waiting for the neighbors to throw her out of the neighborhood for her unsightly garage door. :) She came to us with a quote from Home Depot for the same door. We were not only able to match the price, but our price actually came in just below the quote from Home Depot. She was thrilled to be able to work with a small personable, but professional business, someone she could trust to do the job right and stand behind their work. The door was a special order door, but from the time she put down the deposit, it was only 14 days until the new door was installed. Jerome and his brother-in-law removed the old door and installed the new one in four hours. As with all our garage door installs, they added new weatherstripping around the door to ensure a proper seal and finished look. Take a look at the before and after photos! I received this email during the installation process..."The guys are just finishing up and before it slips my mind I want to let you know they did a great job, they were meticulous and the door looks beautiful. I'm so happy with it, wish I did it a year ago. I'm sure my neighbors are delighted as well. When I get to my laptop I will sing the praises of your business on social media." We are so pleased with how the door turned out, and even more pleased that the customer was more than happy with it.
When a customer agrees to do business with you, it doesn't only mean that you were the best price or the greatest deal. It also means that they trust you. They trust you to come to their home and to do a good job. Having someone's trust is never a small thing, and at Bay Area Overhead we want each and every customer to know that we value your trust. And we will do everything in our power to make sure that after each job that trust is not broken but stronger than before.
